1.25x1.5" gold luster metal case watch on replaced black leather band. From series of "Ward" watches (most featuring his cartoon characters) made by Buren, a division of Hamilton Watch. 1969. This watch features classic image of 1910 "Ford Model T Roadster" car set against lt. blue bkg. "Ford" logo at top. Tiny text at dial bottom reads "A Jay Ward 17-Jewel Watch." Running and NM. One of the rarest (and most unusual) from Buren's Ward series. Rare and first we've offered.
