The "Man Of The Hour" versions are listed as Hake 21 and 28. T his unlisted and first seen by us, is 1.5" pinned to coarse fabric ribbon that seems original. Issued as a "Welcome" button for Wilson's visit to the "Panama-Pacific International Exposition - San Francisco, 1915." By W&H with paper. Light all-over surface wear that only shows with magnification. Displays glossy and Mint.
