Item Description
Lot of 20 over-sized matchbooks, each typically 2x3". These are scarcer large size matchbooks. Lot includes designs related to the Army Air Corps w/several featuring warplane images on fronts/backs, most listing Army airfields on front. One design includes "OK Let's Go U.S.A! We'll Keep 'Em Flying!" text. Two feature cartoon insignias, one for the "Norman Naval Air Station" featuring hare w/books and one for "United States Naval Air Station" in Bunker Hill, IN. w/running plucked chicken. Most are unused and aside from some scattered aging, Exc. overall. Two riker mounts are included for display as shown. Great variety and an instant collection.
