Lot of 128, most typically 1.5x2", four matchboxes and over-sized 4.5x4.5" matchbook for Polish Jewish relief. All are World War II era. Includes full boxes of 50 each of "US Army" and "Get In The Scrap", full boxes of 15 each of "Buy War Bonds" and "Spreading False Rumors Is Sabotage." Matchboxes include text for airfields as well as "Keep 'Em Flying - Keep "Em Rolling" warplane and tank boxes. Also included are two complete lidded boxes of matchbooks by Universal and Arrow-Pak. Scattered aging, but all appear unused and o/w Exc. Large Polish Jewish relief matchbook which shows Jewish ghettos and forced labor camps in Poland - Lodz, Warszawa, Radom, Lublin. Cover shows aging and wear w/creases and edge/corner tip wear. Fine overall. First we've seen of this interesting cause matchbook. Instant collection.
