Folio features music and lyrics for all 12 songs on the album, including "Thank God I'm A Country Boy" as well as color photos of Denver and his then wife Ann Martell. Cover has been signed in black felt tip pen, w/Denver adding "Peace!" inscription. Folio has some handling wear and last page or two has slight loosening from binding at bottom, but is o/w intact. Margins of front/back covers have noticeable fading, but this does not affect Denver's signature, which still displays Exc. Comes with Hake's COA and Roger Epperson/REAL LOA.
