Item Description
1.5" beautifully designed button with covered metal back and a fixed horizontal bar pin. Curl reads "Houston Stamp & Stencil Co. Inc.-Texas." Front graphic of star representing Texas with heads of both animals, one above the other all encircled in deep red type "National Democratic Convention Houston 1928." Unlisted in Hake. Donkey's ear on the left has tiny 1/16" area with a little thinner celluloid than the rest so this tiny dot catches reflected light but the button is overall essentially Mint as made. Rare.
