Proof has horizontal centerfold as issued w/two archival tape repairs on blank reverse. Fine. Third item is “25th Anniversary Independent News Co. 1932-1957” 8.5x11” stiff paper four page menu w/foil accent covers. Front cover has caricatures of various people wearing “IND” football uniforms around trophy. Back cover has pennant images w/publication titles including “DC Comics, MAD, Goodman, Crestwood”.
