Item Description
10.5x14.5" w/four single-sided pages, not including covers. Saalfield Pub. Co. #1502. ©1940 Superman Inc. Contains four separate cut-outs of Superman in various action scene pieces. Of note, Superman archnemesis Lex Luthor is depicted as he first appeared in the comics, w/a full head of red hair. Book has a few loose perforations but all pieces remain intact. Book is complete and unpunched. Cover shows wear w/pinch creases and aging along spine and .5" tear at bottom left, but punch-outs remain intact. Covers show lt. aging at margins. Bottom margin has slight curl. Fine. Pages have slightest age toning and staple oxidation but remain clean and Fine/VF w/Exc. punch-outs. One of only a few known surviving complete copies, complete copies being very rare. Additional photos online.
