His work is featured on pages 25-26 of "Superhero Collectibles: A Pictorial Price Guide" by Bill Bruegman. Created in the 1990s. Depicted is John Wesley Shipp in the titular role from the 1990 "The Flash" TV show. He stands on a clear circular plastic base. Part of a series of custom superhero figures (see previous items #2108-2110) created by Reynolds. Wonderfully painted and detailed, this figure comes from an era before the collectibles figures and statues of today were commonplace. Exc. display.
