Offered by Cream of Wheat in 1936 w/less than 10 examples known today. The embroidered felt patch has large image of Buck Rogers superimposed over his rocketship and surrounded by a red burst. Originally 3.5", this example is neatly trimmed to 3-1/8" dia., likely due to a frayed outer edge from being sewn to a sweater. Scattered insect damage, which is only really noticeable if held to light and at margins at 2 o'clock and 6 o'clock positions. Still a bright and clean example. Our last example offered (also trimmed like this example) sold for $1,150.
