Graham.” Depicts lady in robes holding flag and trumpet against sunburst with surrounding text “Free Harbor Jubilee, San Pedro/April 26 & 27/1899/Los Angeles.” Quite attractive. Only the third seen. Rare and NM displaying Mint.
