Item Description
Art boards range in size from 11-3/8x13.5” to 13.75x15.25” w/original pen and ink art by creator George Baker, who has signed at bottom of images. Art is for Harvey Publications "Sad Sack Laugh Special” #6 Oct. 1959- #9 July 1961. Scenes include: Sad Sack dropping rifle w/bayonet going into Sarge’s foot, dropping library books on Sarge and General’s heads, getting clothes torn off while tumbling on stage w/Sarge, bumping into Sarge while floating on raft. Muttsy the dog is on three covers. A few margin pencil notes. Image areas will mat and frame to near Exc. appearance. Well drawn and funny.
