14.5x14.5x1.75" deep wooden frame has double-sided glass display w/complete amount of seven different 2.5" dia. silver medals, one for each Apollo lunar mission - Apollo 11-17. Each medal has been cast in .999 silver for a total combined weight of 35.6 oz. Weights for each medal range from 4.6 oz. to 5.4 oz. Made by Medallic Art Company of New York, w/each medal issued the year of the launch represented, 1969-1972. Each medal features relief images of the astronauts involved w/each mission, each medal by a different artist. NM. Rare as a complete set and w/display.
