Item Description
11x15x3.5" deep glazed ceramic high relief wall plaque features woman's face w/grape leaves and high-relief grapes headdress. Bottom has painted raised "Cresta Blanca Wines" name and underside of bottom edge has hand-painted Hedi Schoop artist name. Right margin has hand-painted "Cresta Blanca Wine Company Inc. Livermore Cal." company name/address. 1960s. This woman wearing grape and grape leaf headdress was used in this company's advertisements during the 1950s and 1960s. Bottom edge underside has three .25" paint'glaze flakes to grape leaves and corner and raised "Cresta Blanca Wines" name shows some aging/wear w/a few small scattered paint flakes. VF.
