16.5x17.25" frame contains animation sheet that has been matted to 9.75x11.75". Sheet has detailed image of tree and fire hydrant w/images of papers lying in foreground and shadowy image of Donald Duck in his police car in bkg. Blue pencil text "DX Shadows & EFX SCI-M-30" at lower right. Additional 3.25x4.25" opening at bottom has full color image of this finished scene as it appeared in the 1939 Donald Duck cartoon in which Donald in his usual frustrated manner attempts to capture Pete the Bandit. Art shows handling wear and some traces of tape staining at top center margin and lower left margin. As framed displays Fine/VF.
