Lot of four 10x12" sheets of animation paper w/pencil image areas typically 7.25x7.75". From the 1938 animated short starring Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck and Goofy, who try to build a boat. Sheets all feature full body images of Mickey, who has landed on top of the ships' mast, w/his overalls caught on the mast. First sheet #52 shows his overalls stretching to the right as mast attempts to tear through the seat of his pants. Sheet #88 shows flag bursting through the seat of Mickey's pants. Sheet #103 shows Mickey looking up at the flag while sheet #114 shows him saluting flag. Sheets are lightly aged and have some lt. scattered handling wear, but art remains Exc. Great, expressive images from this sequence.
