Most of the film is live-action, w/four short animated segments - a bw segment featuring Casey Junior from "Dumbo"; and three Technicolor cartoons - "Baby Weems, Goofy's How to Ride a Horse," and "The Reluctant Dragon." Art shows Baby Weems lying on a pillow, his head in his hands, a grumpy look upon his face. Sheet has some moderate aging at upper left, but this does not affect art. Vertical at left and pinhole at top center. Fine overall, while art is VF/Exc. Rare.
