Item Description
3"dia. with three dark green plastic leaves surrounding multi-petaled high relief realistic gardenia flower which glows brightly in the dark. This 1941 General Mills premium was offered in the Lone Ranger National Defenders portfolio from Kix Cereals as "Something For Mother" along with matching earring set. The premium was also offered on soap operas sponsored by General Mills and in southeastern states as a "Whistling Jim" premium. Mint and scarce. Glows brightly. We've had a dozen over the years but only one or two carded like this. Minor age tone on the card. VF. Our last uncarded exceeded $250.00.
