4x5.5" mailing envelope from General Mills with text "Here's Your Weather Ring!" Small gray mark on top edge of envelope, some creases and reverse flap has a vertical tear but remains complete. Next is 3.5x11" fold-over stiff cardboard used both to protect the ring in mailing and to carry the instructions, mostly a warning to take the ring off the finger before washing the hands. Cardboard has minor creases but it is otherwise clean. Third is the ring itself with adjustable brass band and a beveled plastic top covering a piece of litmus paper designed to change color although no longer active. Bright NM luster.
