Item Description
First is 4" long high relief figural brass rocketship with reverse designed as a belt buckle with an aluminum plate that has a hook to fasten to the opposite end of a glow-in-dark plastic belt not included. Aluminum back includes a pair of decoding wheels at the center. This is a 1951 premium from the show based on the exploits of Commander Buzz Corry and the crew of the spaceship Terra. Some luster loss around the word "Space" and other general wear but a great deal of luster remaining. Second is a spaceship shaped ring of white metal holding 3-dimensional rocket on the top with an opening on the exhaust end to serve as a mouth piece for the whistle. Nice accents of tail fins, portholes and a pair of lightning bolts on each side. This piece never had much luster but does have silvery traces remaining. A great design and from the early 1950s with tiny "Japan" word on the whistle end. Last is a 2.5" diameter by .75" deep circular cardboard piece with a tin plunger on the side which when activated spins the circular cardboard piece within the cut-out window which has alternating numbers so that a game based on point scores can be played. Outer edges depict "Moon-Mars-Saturn-Earth-Venus-Jupiter." Great color and graphics. Only a little silver luster off the plunger bar. From the Robert M. Overstreet Collection. Comes with COA.
