Item Description
3-3/8x5-3/8" showing integrated Wisconsin team w/the inclusion of George Wilson who is seated at left. Postcard has been used including writing on reverse and right margin area along w/postmark of 1907. Team image has some areas lighter than others, more so at right, Wilson image is strong. Lt. aging but Fine. Wilson was an early Negro League pitcher who played for the Page Fence Giants 1895-1898, Columbia Giants 1899-1900 and Chicago Union Giants 1901-1905. An early and historic item for Negro League collectors.
