6.25x12" thin paper sign for the 1935 card series by Gum Inc. There are 24 cards in the set featuring caricature art of Hollywood heavyweights. Sign text notes prizes issued monthly and gum w/each pack. Art is the same as used on the wrapper and includes 12 star portraits such as Shirley Temple, Jimmy Durante, Eddie Cantor, Clark Gable, Stan Laurel, and others. Sign has some margin wear including small tears and a tiny flake at top right but archival tape has been added to the reverse right/left margins to fix this. Still retains a clean appearance w/strong color. Fine. A rare promo piece for a scarce card issue. First we've offered in our 47 years.
