Item Description
3.75x6x8.75" tin litho police station features Tracy's image in shield on rooftop. Text on roof includes "It's Automatic! The Doors Fly Open - And The Squad Car Dashes To The Rescue!" Instructions are on bottom of station. Station sides have additional Dick Tracy characters and Squad Car pictured. c. early 1950s. Hand crank is attached to side of building. This is used to wind-up the included 7.5" long friction squad car. Slight typical warp of plastic doors. "Dick Tracy Police Station" name above doors missing majority of original yellow paint. Roof has scattered wear w/rubs/small scratches and edge wear at corners. Underside has wear to metal "feet" w/some bare metal showing. Works. Fine overall. Squad car shows moderate wear to roof and hood w/paint missing along bumper w/some oxidation on bare areas. VG.
