Item Description
5x7.5" herald for Matawan, NJ. Rivoli Theatre has four pages, each page featuring either a half or full page ad for individual film. These include - "The Devil To Pay, All Quiet On The Western Front, Beau Ideal" and "Dracula" starring Bela Lugosi, who is pictured along w/female lead Helen Chandler and Renfield actor Dwight Frye. Show dates are for March 29-31, just over a month after the film's Feb. 12, 1931 debut. Herald has some scattered lt. aging and handling wear. VF/Exc. One of the very few vintage pieces to feature Dwight Frye in an advertisement.
