Item Description
6.5x21.25" thin artboard has India ink and blue pencil art by Al Taliaferro in four panels. Donald Duck arrives for his new job as a clerk, reporting to his boss, who bluntly and rather rudely tells him that what he says is right, causing Donald to drop his hat in last panel. Art is dated "3-28" w/Walt Disney Productions ©1959 strip paste-over on second panel and King Features Syndicate strip in last. Art has applied screen tone shading accents which have tanned in a few places as typical over the years. First panel has some penciled editorial notes, but strip ran as is and art is o/w VF/Exc. Another superb example by fan-favorite Taliaferro.
