Item Description
5" tall. Made in Japan, 1930s w/raised Disney copyright on back of jointed celluloid Mickey Mouse figure's back. Underside of wooden hobby horse seat marked "Made In Japan." Figure holds original string reins and is attached to wooden hobby horse which is attached to wooden base (which is an expert replica) by metal spring strip. Bobs up and down when tapped, bell attached to front of horse rings. Mickey's body has some paint wear on legs and small spot of red paint on face but remains free of any cello cracks/dents and is o/w Exc. Scarce. Wonderful, whimsical toy.
