Item Description
Original cardboard box w/illustrated lid contains 5" dia. by 2.75" tall tin litho w/clear plastic dome spaceship w/built-in key. Made in Japan by Ohta, 1960s. Box is complete w/cardboard insert and has some aging and lt. wear but remains clean and tight w/no splits. Edges have a few minor creases. Fine. Toy depicts saucer spacecraft w/tin litho astronaut pilot (three-dimensional head) under dome. Marked "Jupiter" on sides. Toy works and travels around as sparks are visible through pair of transparent red covers on front. Tin body has a few scattered pinpoint paint nicks and dome has a few small scratches. Bright and glossy. VF.
