Whitman #1486 ©1943. Based on the Monogram Pictures film "Forbidden Trail," which starred Buck Jones, Tim McCoy and Raymond Hatton. Cover title reads "Buck Jones, Tim McCoy And Raymond Hatton In 'The Rough Riders'" while title page reads "Buck Jones And The Rough Riders In Forbidden Trails." BTLB features alternating text pages and single panel pictures (not photos from movie) as well as flip pages. Pages are lightly aged to cream in color but BTLB has never been fully opened.
