13x18.75" metal frame has archival mat w/10x16" opening revealing sign which includes text "16 Pages Of Fun - 32 Comics In Color Next Sunday" w/wonderful image of Barney Google hugging Spark Plug's nose. c. late 1920s. Two 3/8x1" areas of faint moisture staining by Spark Plug's head. Upper margin has 1" and 2.25" tears w/scattered creases, including .75" crease at top center w/line break to surface paper. Displays bright and Fine as framed. Superb design ready for display.
