Original cellophane window is present, but loose at top and along upper right. Box shows scattered shelf wear/aging, w/some creasing at upper corners of front panel. Original tape has dried and come loose, leaving tape stain (most noticeable on top lid panel), but o/w box is VF. Box has original insert that holds figure w/mechanically-operated jaws, poseable jointed body parts, spring-loaded arms, movable tail and "His Evil Brains Glow In The Dark." Has removable translucent head cover. Comes w/poster. Figure has never been removed from box and is Mint as issued. Choice condition example.
