Item Description
Original cardboard box w/illustrated lid contains 8" long tin litho robot dog w/built-in key. Made in Japan by Yoshiya, 1950s. Box shows some aging and lt. scattered wear w/creases at lid corners, but all corners remain free of splits. Lid has two small .25" and .5" punctures. Fine overall. Designed w/coil spring tail w/plastic tip, transparent plastic cover on back and google eyes. Toy works, ears flap, walks forward in a back and forth rocking motion while mouth opens and closes. Still sparks a bit. One side of toy has original store price sticker. Tiny scattered paint nicks, most of which are really only noticeable upon close inspection. Glossy and VF.
