Original cardboard box w/illustrated lid contains 5.5x12" long plush-covered body toy w/hard vinyl head and attached remote control unit. ©1961 Louis Marx & Co. Inc. Box lid shows moderate wear w/edge creases and corner tip wear. Corners remain free of splits and box is tight. Fine overall. Toy is designed w/opened mouth showing teeth and has six plastic whiskers which are all present. Remote control unit is painted tin w/pair of plastic buttons which have small surface cracks. Toy works and one button causes it to walk forward as it moves its head from side to side while second button produces a loud growling sound. Tail has a wire insert causing it to bob about. Tiger shows only lt. trace of aging and is Exc. aside from remote control button issue. Nicely designed battery toy.
