Item Description
Double-sided 20x28" porcelain sign advertises Phila. Dairy Products Co. "Aristocrat Ice Cream" brand. 1937. Each side has had four .5" to 1.5" areas of oxidation w/attempts at restoration. These areas (at bottom center of "Aristocrat" name, on "Ice," between "Ice" and "Cream" and just below "Cream"). These areas display darker than regular sign surface and has some uneveness to surfaces, one area has some oxidation around edges. One side has 5.75" long faint paint streak below "Aristocrat" name. Scattered edge wear w/some oxidation, one corner has .5" piece off w/same restoration attempt. Scattered enamel flakes at top grommets. VG overall.
