13x17" overall. 9x13" image area. Few tiny rubs on frame. Three full width crease lines but totally clean except six tiny tan dots. The largest only 1/8". Bottom text reads "Grover Cleveland Elected President./It Pays To Be Honest." From the collection of Chick Harris, long time APIC President and Keynoter editor.
