First is 20x20" pillow sham with bright, eye popping color and bright red fringe. "Souvenir Of Washington DC" with illustrations of Hoover/Curtis at sides. "The United States Capitol" appears in center. 4x16" fabric has been stitched to back panel with open ends to allow display on rod as wall hanging. Stitches are confined to back panel and are not visible from front display. Center fold line. Does not detract from brilliance of display. Exc. Second is 16.75x21.5" blue/white portrait of Herbert Hoover with facsimile signature below. Trace of aging on lower left quarter, a result of being folded and stored. Still Fine.
