Booklet is reprinted by "The Scottsboro Defense Committee" and composed of representatives of the "National Association For The Advancement Of Colored People/Methodist Federation For Social Service/American Civil Liberties Union/League For Industrial Democracy/International Labor Defense/Church League For Industrial Democracy." First four pages give detailed chronology of the turn of events ending with January 6th to 8, 1936 with entry to "The Defendants, Other Than The Two Juveniles, Are Arraigned And Plead Not Guilty./...The First Case Is Set For Trial January 20." Back cover is designed as mail-in fund raiser for the "Scottsboro Defense Committee" New York City. Cover shows noticeable wear with .75x2.5" upper right corner missing.
