9-3/8x14" thin artboard has original pen and ink w/black marker art by William Reinhold, featuring recreation of his cover art for the Sept. 1989 "Punisher" Vol. 2 Annual #2 that featured The Punisher choking Moon Knight, who attempts to block Punisher from stabbing him w/knife. This was for fifth chapter of the "Atlantis Attacks" Annual storyline and features Punisher as a drug-maddened berserker trying to kill Moon Knight. Lower right corner has pencil text reading "Copy Of My Cover To Pun. An #2" and has been signed by Reinhold. Tiny spot of staining on knife blade, o/w art remains clean and Exc. Artboard has corner crease at upper left, but could be framed for an Exc. display.
