Item Description
Large and impressive 24" long painted pressed steel dump truck No. 2001 from Buddy L's Junior Line. c. 1930. Nicely detailed, truck cab has opening doors, w/driver's side door having "The Buddy 'L' Line Quality Toys Built By Buddy 'L' Mfg. Co. East Moline, Ill." text on decal inside. Dump bed has "Buddy 'L' Dump Truck" decals and rear bumper has "Buddy 'L'" decal. Complete w/original "Firestone Buddy 'L'" rubber tires (dual rear wheels). Cab has some lt. scattered paint wear and is VF overall. Dump bed has pivoting handle to operate dump and shows more wear from use, though decals remain complete. Fine overall. Great quality toy.
