"Aerial Defense" set No. 5061 contains four 2.75" trucks (two "Anti-Aircraft Gun" Bulldog Mack trucks and "Searchlight" trucks), 2.75" long "Dispatch Car" and three "Pursuit Plane" airplanes w/3.75" wide wingspans. Planes have moving metal propellers. Set also comes w/five 1.25" tall painted die-cast metal figures of "Gunners, Mechanics, Pilots, Etc." as noted on die-cut insert. Tootsietoy, c. 1932. Planes show wing wear and are Fine overall. Military vehicles show scattered lt. wear and are VF. Figures are sealed in cellophane bags (not as issued), and show paint wear. Fine/VF. Box shows moderate edge wear w/corner tip wear and tape repairs to three lid corners. Red ink color touch-ups along edges. Insert tray shows wear where toys are held and has slight fade. Fine overall.
