Original illustrated cardboard box contains 15" long pressed aluminum wind-up zeppelin toy w/built-in key and spinning propeller at back. Largest size zeppelin toy made by Ferdinand Strauss Inc., 1929. Side of box has illustrated instructions and indicates zeppelin was to be attached to string for play. Box shows heavy and obvious wear w/tears, creases and two missing inner flaps. Box has has reinforcements added to interior and has been shrink-wrapped for display. Good/VG. Toy itself has raised "Graf Zeppelin" name on sides and raised "GZ2017" tailfin numbers. Toy remains bright and clean w/a few scattered dents to body and aging/oxidation to propeller. Top center has tiny hole at top. Works. Fine overall, but still displays nicely.
