Hand addressed manila envelope w/”Bob Clampett Hollywood, Ca.” return address comes w/8.25x10-7/8” two sided letter handwritten in ink dated “5-29-75” on “Bob Clampett Productions, Inc.” w/Beany & Cecil logo. Friendly letter mentions “Touring The Country Speaking On Cartoons At Colleges”, a chapter he did “On Me And My Puppets” for “The Great Television Heroes”, and doing an “Original Sketch Of Bugs And Tweety” in trade for a “1943 Bugs Bunny Sunday Page And Porky Pig Book”. Signed w/large full signature “Bob Clampett”. Third item is index card w/handwritten ink note dated “10-25-73”mentioning Mike Barrier’s “Funnyworld #2” and enclosed sketch (no longer present). Envelope has numerous folds as mailed. VG. Letter and card are Exc. Nice association pieces for the noted Warner Brothers “Termite Terrace” animator who went on to create “Beany and Cecil” for the early days of TV. From the Charlie Roberts Collection.
