Item Description
Original cardboard box contains 7" long tin litho wind-up airplane w/8" wide wingspan and built-in key. Marx, ©1940 KFS. Later version of previous item #2134. Box has some scattered edge wear and wear to insert flaps and has been reinforced. As such, box now displays VF. Toy is complete w/tin litho Popeye pilot head w/die-cut tin litho pipe. Toy works and travels forwards/backwards in stop-and-go fashion. Scattered tiny paint nicks/scratches, w/rubs to right wing tip and in front of Popeye's head. Toy still retains a glossy appearance w/strong color. VF.
