Item Description
Around 1950, the silver chrome-plated version of this exceptionally long-barreled gun was one of the best cap guns around. This "Gold-Plated" version was even better. Featuring an impressive length of 11.5" and finished in gleaming gold, this gun was and still is an impressive sight and sure to compliment the collection of any 1950s cowboy-at-heart. 7x13.25x1.5" deep paper-covered box holds cap pistol w/black plastic steerhead grips w/red star medallion. Gun is unfired and essentially Mint. Complete and attached to flocked cardboard box insert which has scattered loss of flocking and two .5" tears at gun's grips. Box lid shows wear/aging but remains free of splits. Box tray has .75" tear on side, but corners remain tight. Fine overall. Rare and desirable cap gun. Old store stock.
