Item Description
Pair of boxed cap guns by Hubley. First is "Hubley Texan Jr." from 1950. Original illustrated cardboard box contains No. 252, gold-plated 8.25" long die-cast repeater w/black steerhead grips and red star medallion. Raised "Texan Jr." name under bullet chamber. Unfired and NM. Box shows lt. edge/corner tip wear and is VF. Second is "Hubley Deputy Pistol And Badge" boxed set from c. 1960. Box holds unusual 10" long nickel-plated die-cast repeater w/ribbed barrel and all metal Tiffany-style grips w/inset image of cowboy on rearing horse painted black. Release latch on ejector rod. Unfired and NM. Box insert holds 2.25" dia. plastic "Hubley Deputy" badge. Slight warping of plastic but o/w Exc. Box shows wear w/one corner split and top perforation for die-cut display loose, but rest of lid remains unpunched. Fine overall.
