Item Description
6.25x9" tin litho base has "Musical Bulldog" name and has attached tin litho piano w/images of children on sides and larger image on back of dancers and band w/"Hot Time In The Old Town Tonight" text. Seated at piano is bulldog wearing fabric outfit and has plush-covered head w/tin litho facial features. Overall total height is 9". Made in Japan by Marusan, 1950s. In addition to tin litho facial features, bulldog also smokes tin litho cigar (w/"AB" band) and has tin litho hands/feet. When batteries are in place and switch is turned on, music plays, bulldog's arms move as if playing piano, head moves slightly, tip of cigar lights and smoke comes out of small tube in mouth. Scattered aging to head w/some lt. scattered paint wear in the form of small nicks/scratches. VF overall.
