3.5x5". 16 pages. Heavy paper. Engraved images on front with date "March 4th 1885." Notation on front in ink reads "My Invitation To Ball." Back cover engraving has text "New Pension Building." Spine is split but remains intact with original string binding. Light handling wear. Fine.
