2.5x7". Text reads "The Republican Convention Chicago 1888" above image. Gresham received 107 votes for the 1888 Republican presidential nomination. Four years later he switched to the Democratic party over the tariff issue and was offered the 1892 Populist presidential nomination. Listed in Sullivan and Fischer as Miscellaneous 1888-6. Unusual gold/green text with black and white illustration. Scattered age toning. Ribbon remains strong and VG.
