Item Description
9.75" tall china pitcher and 13" dia. by 4.25" deep china washbowl by same French company as #1971, #1984-1988. Pitcher features large full body image of Mickey Mouse on one side w/hands on hips and full body Minnie Mouse image on other side. Each has small "Walt Disney" name below image and bright silver luster accent strip around pitcher body and at top edge/rim. Images have lt. wear, w/pinpoints off Mickey and Minnie and trace wear to silver luster accents. Underside has embossed "Forme Louise" text as well as Disney and company marks. VF overall. Washbowl features four smaller full body images of Mickey calling w/hand at mouth and reaching down and Minnie brushing her hair and same image as on pitcher. Each has small "Walt Disney" name below image and bright silver luster accent strip around bowl and at top edge/rim. Images have lt. wear, w/pinpoints off Mickey and Minnie and trace wear to silver luster accents. Underside has embossed "Forme Louise" company name and "Exclusive Mickey Mouse" text. Fine overall. Both are rare, w/about six known examples. From the Maurice Sendak Collection and comes with COA.
