16.5x23.5" die-cut thin cardboard store display that could be either displayed upright on counter w/easel back or fitted into bin w/slotted bottom edge. For Post's Raisin Bran "Roy Rogers Western Medal" premium offer w/text reading "Kids - They're Free! Roy Rogers Western Medals - Get 'Em In" w/an arrow pointing to small box of Post's Raisin Bran cereal, which is next to unused circle for pricing information. Display has additional art of cowgirl at left and cowboy at right and photo image of Roy Rogers at top left w/images of six different medals from set of 27 available. From same 1953 promotion as following item #2272. Display has some edge wear w/creasing to top center section. Still bright, glossy and VF overall. Impressive display. Very rare and the only example we've offered in our 47 years. This is a file copy from the archives of premium creators Sam & Gordon Gold accompanied by a letter to that effect signed by Gordon Gold.
