Item Description
8x19.25" paper window sign w/left/right margins gummed. c. 1927 as sign features Charles Lindbergh's plane the "Spirit Of St. Louis" flying from New York City at left towards Paris at right, an obvious reference to Lindbergh's historic 1927 transatlantic flight. Sign also notes cigars' price of 5¢ each. Slight trim to top margin w/some scattered margin wear. Evenly aged, sign would display VF if framed. From the Don Maris Collection.
